Information you give us:

• •Contact details: name, phone number, and email address.
• •Shipment details: pickup and delivery addresses, available dates, and the names and phone numbers of anyone releasing or receiving the vehicle for you. Please share someone else's details only with their permission.
• •Vehicle details: year, make, model, operating condition, modifications, and, when needed for dispatch, the VIN and photos.
• •Payment details: your Broker Fee is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• •Communications: messages, emails, call notes, and anything else you send us.

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring website, the date and time of your visit, and approximate location based on your IP address. Some of this is collected through cookies (see Section 6).

Information from others: carriers (pickup and delivery confirmations, Bills of Lading, photos, and claim information), dispatch platforms, and payment processors (payment confirmations).

• •To prepare quotes, book shipments, and assign qualified carriers.
• •To coordinate pickup and delivery, and to send you status updates by phone, text, and email.
• •To process payments and refunds.
• •To answer your questions and help with any damage claims.
• •To send marketing messages, but only where you have agreed to receive them.

• •To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, including federal record-keeping rules for brokers.

• •Carrier marketplaces and dispatch platforms. To find a carrier, we post limited shipment details, such as pickup and delivery city, state, and ZIP code, vehicle type, dates, and price, on platforms used by licensed carriers. Your name, full street address, and phone number are shared only with the carrier assigned to your shipment.
• •The assigned carrier and its driver, so they can pick up and deliver your vehicle.
• •Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, phone and text messaging, payment processing, and customer-management providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• •Our affiliates, including our parent company Your Logistics Brokers, Inc. and companies under common ownership, for business operations, customer support, and administration.
• •Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, legal process, or government requests; to enforce our Terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, carriers, us, or others.
• •Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Text messaging privacy: We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

If you give us your phone number, we and your assigned carrier may call and text you about your quote and shipment, as described in our Terms of Service. We send marketing texts only with your prior express written consent, which is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Our website uses cookies that it needs to work, such as cookies that keep forms and sessions running. We may also use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features may then stop working. If we use advertising cookies, we will honor a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of them.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law, including Florida's Information Protection Act.
